Data Deletion Instructions

How to remove your data from Alprints, and how to revoke our access to your social accounts.

You can remove your data from Alprints at any time, and you do not need to contact us to do it. Choose whichever of the following matches what you want to remove.

Disconnect a single social account

This removes our access to one connected account or Page while leaving the rest of your Alprints account intact.

1. Sign in at https://app.alprints.com.
2. Open Settings and find the list of connected channels.
3. Select the account you want to remove and choose Disconnect.

The access token for that account is deleted immediately and we can no longer read from it or publish to it. Any posts you had scheduled to that account will not be published.

Remove our access from Facebook directly

You can also revoke access from Facebook's own settings, which works even if you cannot sign in to Alprints:

1. Go to Settings & Privacy then Settings on Facebook.
2. Select Apps and Websites.
3. Find Alprints in the list.
4. Choose Remove, and tick the option to delete the posts and activity the app created if you want those removed too.

Revoking access at Facebook stops us acting on your account straight away. It does not by itself delete the record we hold, so if you want that removed as well, follow one of the steps below.

Delete your whole Alprints account

1. Sign in at https://app.alprints.com.
2. Open Settings.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

This disconnects every linked social account, cancels any scheduled posts and begins deletion of everything we hold about you.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your account, or you would rather we did it for you, email contact@alprints.com from the address you signed up with, and say what you want deleted.

We may need to verify your identity before acting, so that nobody else can delete your data. We will confirm in writing once it is done, and we aim to complete every request within 30 days.

What gets deleted, and when

Social platform access tokens	Immediately on disconnection or account deletion
Scheduled and draft posts, and uploaded media	Within 30 days
Account details and profile	Within 30 days
Cached analytics for your connected accounts	Within 30 days
Server logs containing your IP address	Within 90 days, as they age out
Billing and invoice records	Retained as long as tax and accounting law requires

Encrypted backups may hold your data a little longer. Backups are rotated on a fixed schedule and are never used to restore a deleted account.
