These terms are an agreement between you and Alprints Solutions, trading as Alprints. By creating an account or using the service at https://app.alprints.com, you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

The service

Alprints lets you compose, schedule, publish and analyse content across social media accounts you connect. We act on your instructions and on your behalf. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Google, X Corp, LinkedIn, TikTok or any other platform we connect to.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done under your account.
  • The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • You must tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content

Your content remains yours. We claim no ownership of it.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, process, reproduce and transmit your content strictly so that we can provide the service — publishing it to the accounts you connect, at the times you choose, and showing it back to you and to collaborators you invite. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.

You are responsible for the content you publish. You confirm that you hold the rights to it, and that publishing it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break any law.

Acceptable use

You may not use Alprints to:

  • Send spam, or publish content at a volume or frequency intended to manipulate a platform.
  • Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, deceptive, or that infringes someone's intellectual property.
  • Operate accounts you do not own or are not authorised to manage.
  • Break the terms of service of any connected platform. Their rules apply to everything you publish through us.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other users' data, or any connected system.
  • Resell or redistribute the service without our written agreement.

Breaking a connected platform's rules can get your account suspended there, and can jeopardise our access on behalf of every other customer. We take it seriously and will suspend accounts that do it.

Third-party platforms

The service depends on interfaces the social platforms provide and control. Those platforms may change their terms, alter or withdraw their APIs, impose rate limits, or suspend our access, with or without notice. If that happens, some features may stop working or disappear.

We will do what we reasonably can to restore or replace affected features, but we cannot guarantee continued access to any particular platform, and we are not liable for a platform's own decisions about your account or content.

Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before changing our prices.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and to publish your scheduled content on time, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows.

Scheduled posts can fail for reasons outside our control — an expired token, a platform outage, a rate limit, or content a platform rejects. We will surface failures to you, but you remain responsible for checking that business-critical content actually published.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time from your settings, or by following our data deletion instructions.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, if your use puts the service or other customers at risk, or if we are required to by law or by a connected platform. Where circumstances allow, we will give you notice and an opportunity to put things right first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of , and the courts of have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Questions about these terms go to contact@alprints.com.
